If a trip enquiry is handled with a travel supplier, relevant details may need to be shared to obtain a quotation or arrange services. The final sharing, retention and deletion practices must be documented before the website goes live.
You may choose not to submit an enquiry. A verified contact channel and process for privacy requests must be added before launch.
